a mentor once said that life becomes less complicated if you develop a diagram of what you’d want to happen in your life.  and as each thing gets accomplished, you check things off.  but what if the things you want to happen, no matter how hard you work, just don’t fall into place? how many back-up plans can you do? plan A-Z? 

what the diagram fails to show is the heartbreak that i feel as each plan falls apart.
